We recognize that EMS is a very diverse industry and one of the things that EMS Blogs, as the premiere EMS blog network for independent bloggers, strives for to accurately represent the EMS industry is diversity.
EMS Blogs is proud to announce that Medic Trommashere has joined our ranks with her blog Looking Through A Pair Of Pink Trauma Shears. Here is how she describes herself:
There’s nothing special about me. I’m just a down home girl who has a love for everything that happens in the back of an Ambulance. I have been in the field for almost nine years; six as an EMT-Basic and 3 as a Paramedic.
There are a couple of milestones that have been achieved with her move. First, Too Old To Work, To Young To Retire is no longer the longest blog name for an EMS blog. He has reigned as the King of the domains with grace and wisdom. However now it is time to abdicate the throne and make way for the Queen.
I would also be remiss if I did not point out that Medic Trommashere is the first female EMS blogger on an EMS blog network. As stated before, we strive to accurately represent the diversity of EMS systems with the blogs in our network and Medic Trommashere helps us do that. Of course, we are always looking for more voices.
Please give Medic Trommashere a hearty welcome to the EMS Blogs network!
